How do the subscriptions work?
Subscriptions provide you the convenience of never having to remember to buy coffee again! You have full control of ordering however much coffee you want and how often you want! You can read more about how the subscriptions work here.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal. You can access that here.

What does it mean to be specialty grade?
Specialty coffee is a high-quality coffee that is sourced, processed, and brewed with exceptional care and attention to detail. It stands in contrast to regular or commodity coffee, which is typically produced on a larger scale with less emphasis on the unique characteristics of the beans.
Specialty coffee is made from premium coffee beans that are carefully selected based on factors such as origin, varietal, and processing method. These beans are often grown at high altitudes in regions with ideal climate conditions, which can lead to more complex and unique flavor profiles.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
If you order before 12 EST it will ship out the same day. If you ordered after, it will ship out the next day.
Shipping only occurs Monday-Friday and excludes Holidays and weekends.
How long does it take to receive my package?

Ground: 2-5 business days
Priority: 1-3 business days
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the contiguous states.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my coffee?
If your coffee arrives damaged, it can be returned for an exchange or equal value. Coffee can not be returned for a refund at this time.
Can I return the apparel that I bought?
Apparel can be returned brand new for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
